Why SportPesa makes the shortlist

Two things set SportPesa apart for Aviator. The stake floor is KES 2, which turns the game from a gamble into something closer to a KES 200-an-hour arcade if you keep the stakes at the minimum. And the licence number, BK 0001193, is printed on the site, which is the first thing we check and the first thing most Kenyan brands hide in a footer.

Finding the game

Playing a round

Stake KES 2 (or more), optionally set auto cash-out, and tap Bet before the countdown ends. The plane takes off and the multiplier climbs from 1.00x. Withdrawing

Withdraw from the account menu to M-Pesa. Payouts usually land within minutes; the minimum is set on the cashier screen. Withholding tax has already been deducted at the point of winning, so the figure you see in your balance is what you get.

Things to know

• SportPesa’s maximum payout per Aviator bet is set in the game’s info panel; it is lower than the theoretical uncapped multiplier.
